Marjorie Elwood was the Toronto Star's cooking editor in the 1970s. She edited the "More Fun and Flavour with Spices" booklet for the Canadian Spice Association in 1970. There isn't a lot of information about her online, but this is a fun little slice of Canadian food history!
In great condition, no creasing and very little wear, displays beautifully.
